The team is small but mighty, and this is a fantastic opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a business that does things differently. The business is experiencing fantastic sustained growth, and as eCommerce Manager you will play a pivotal role in taking them to the next level. This is a newly created role that will see you own the Amazon business while supporting on Ocado. You will have the autonomy to make this role your own; building the strategy and implementing, while holding full P&L ownership.

As eCommerce Manager, key responsibilities include:

• Drive and own the sales strategy for Amazon UK -  setting the game plan and making big moves to grow presence and deliver against targets
• Deliver serious sales growth; we’re talking ambitious numbers, and you’ll be the one making it happen!
• Supercharge our listings – optimising every detail to boost visibility, conversion, and revenue
• Dig deep into data – analysis of performance, tracking competitors, and spotting trends to fuel growth and shape strategy
• Own the P&L - managing budgets, maximising profitability, and driving smart commercial decisions  

The ideal candidate will be / have:

• A solid track record in sales and delivered real results. You know how to drive growth and keep the momentum going
• Amazon expertise is a must! – knowledge  of selling on Amazon, from optimising listings to smashing sales targets
• Strong relationship-building skills. Whether it’s with customers, partners, or internal teams, you know how to connect, collaborate, and get things done.
• Driven and passionate; you love a challenge, thrive on smashing targets, and love to identify new ways to win
• A real ‘can-do’ attitude - no challenge is too big, no problem is unsolvable. You roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
• Sharp with numbers and a natural problem solver
