Account Manager – Private Label
The client is an award winning private label supplier to some if the UK leading Drug & Grocery retailers, bringing various own brand FMCG products to the market, with a focus on the insect repellent, dental category products and cosmetics.
We have a new opportunity for an Account Manager to join the team. This is a pivotal role to work alongside the Directors, managing key retail clients and relationships.
Responsibilities include:
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned key client accounts, maintaining effective client relationships, and ensuring consistent high service levels.
Deliver client requirements to an exacting standard within required timeframes
Support the development of new business and revenue opportunities.
You will be able to offer strategic recommendations to enhance project outcomes
Develop and sustain relationships with key decision makers.
Present and meet with clients on a regular a basis.
Suggest and contribute to business planning
Identify, plan and forecast stock levels within client specifications.
What we are looking for:
- A background in B2B account management within Private Label/and or Retail.
- Ideally looking to attract someone who has worked in Oral Care or a similar market
- Confident account handling and project management experience at all stages.
- You will need to have experience with stock management/control.
- You will be highly numerate with strong reporting/forecasting skills.
- Ability to report on financial forecasting, account profitability and manage budgets.
- Robust and can-do attitude, you will be comfortable working within a smaller SME where you can make a difference.
- Exceptional communication skills

Salary/Benefits:
- Basic salary: Dep on experience.
- Company car
- Company pension scheme to start on day 1.
- 25 days holiday + 8 BH = 33 days total (holiday year runs from 1st Jan to 31st Dec)
- Location: Office/Hybrid – Bracknell
