Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to execute strategic marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK market, a passion for interior design, and experience managing integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.

Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate the brand in the UK market
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to shape strategic direction
- Collaborate with senior management to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
- Maintain and enhance the brand's voice and messaging across all marketing materials
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all offline and online channels
- Lead the Loyalty Programme building and nurture relationships with existing/new customers, encouraging brand loyalty and repeat business
- Develop strategies to attract new customers through targeted campaigns and promotions
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with influencers, designers, and third-party platforms to extend the brand's reach
- Oversee the media relationships and secure press coverage for key campaigns
- Responsible for the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise ROI
- Manage a team of X3 Direct Reports
Profile
- Proven experience in marketing, with at least 5+ years in a similar role
- Currently working within Consumer Goods, Retail or Interior Design sectors
- Strong understanding of the UK market and consumer behaviours
- Demonstrable experience in Print, Partnerships, PR, Loyalty Programmes and Events
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage audiences
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience working with influencers or managing PR campaigns is a plus
- A passion for interiors and home design is highly desirable
- Understanding of the luxury market (desirable)
