Job Title: National Account Executive (FMCG / Retail)
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
Pattern: Hybrid
This is a great opportunity in the Food & Fresh produce industry to onboard with a rapidly growing business who are moving from strength to strength!
This position would be ideal for a recent graduate or equivalent, who's had some footing in the Food & Fresh Produce industry and are now ready to accelerate their career progression!!
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with retail accounts, acting as the key contact for buyers and stakeholders.
- Support the National Account Manager in delivering against commercial targets and account strategies.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights to customers.
- Develop joint business plans to ensure alignment with customer objectives and company goals.
- Prepare and deliver account presentations, sales forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including supply chain, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor competitor activity and maintain a proactive approach to account management.
Ideal Candidate:

- Someone who has started their Food & Fresh Produce career and is serious about progressing their career to the next step!
- Non-Negotiable: Experience within the FMCG (Food & Fresh Produce) environment.
- Nice to have: Commercial position either supplier side or within a Retailer.
- Ideal: Previous National Account or Commercial Executive position servicing one of the UK Retailers.
