Job Details
A recognised, market leading UK based coffee machine manufacturer, known for providing innovative technological solutions designed to the highest standards. Respected leaders in the automatic and vending arenas.
The Role:
- As an experienced Coffee National Account Manager, you will be based from home and out in the field covering the South of the UK as well as Ireland.
- Residing in or around the M4/M5 corridor would be an ideal location for this role.
- The role will require you to nurture and develop vending and automated retail customers as well as developing new business.
- This will involve comprehensively managing customer accounts, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth as well as cultivating strong relationships with key clients.
- In addition to the above, you will also carry our product demonstrations for customers when required and showcase the brand’s coffee machines at exhibitions, trade shows and other industry events throughout the year.
- Due to the location of the geographical areas you will be covering, this role will require regular travel and overnight stays.
The Person:
In order to be considered for the position of Coffee NAM, you must possess the following:
- A wealth of coffee sales and account management experience; ideally automated/vending
- A genuine passion for coffee and a strong desire to learn more
- Effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strategic planning abilities
- The ability to analyse sales data and trends
- Self motivated and results orientated with the ability to work independently
- A willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- A full UK driving license
The Benefits:
- A salary of £50,000 - £55,000 p.a. (DOE)
- Bonus (10%).
- Fully expensed company car.
- 6% pension.
- Death in Service.
