Job Details

The successful National Account Manager will drive distribution and growth of the Drinks Brand(s) across Grocery (Top 4), as well as the Luxury and Independent Retail Channels.
You will demonstrate great personality, rolling your sleeves up and contribute significantly to our business success, and act as a consultant to the trade, bringing customers onboard our Artisan Spirits journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create National Retail Strategy in line with the company's strategic objectives
- Manage full P&L, forecasting, JBPs and A&P Investment
- Use your expertise of the artisan spirits category and of the consumer, to share category trends and insights to facilitate decision making and product ranging
- NPD launches
- Have excellent communication + negotiation skills!
- Full UK Driving License Required
- Ability to Travel to meet Customers
Essential:
- WSET (Advanced, ideally)
- Big 4 (at least one, counts)!
Profile
The successful Grocery NAM (Drinks) within reach of London, will:
- Either have UK Account Executive & or Management experience in a retail FMCG Drinks environment, essentially, having experience of dealing with customers within the Grocery sector
- Strong interpersonal skills, communciation and ability to build rapport
- Adaptable + great personality always helps ;)
