We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team in a SaaS company. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential customers, initiating outreach, and generating leads to support the sales team. Description
SDR key responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential prospects through various channels, including online platforms, email campaigns, and outbound calls.
- Conduct outreach to generate interest, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and meetings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and competitors to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Continuously improve outreach and qualification processes based on feedback and performance metrics.
