This position is suitable for a NAE/JNAM/fresh NAM who is looking to step up into looking after TOP 4 Grocer Accounts! You will be supported where needed and have autonomy to excel in your career as a NAM!

Ideally, you will have exposure to Own Label and Brand.

My client are a leading player in the FMCG Own Label + Branded - Dairy Industry, with a strong presence in the UK.

Description

The successful NAM will:
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with PRIORITY key accounts - Tesco/Sainsburys
  • Drive sales growth in designated territory
  • Full P&L accountability
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
  • Regular reporting on sales performance and market trends
  • Participate in sales and marketing events to boost brand awareness
  • Remain updated on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed


Profile

The successful NAM will:
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate success in previous roles
  • Proven sales experience in the FMCG industry
  • Have managed JBPs, Promotional Planning, Range Reviews
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • A customer-centric approach
  • Strong analytical skills to understand market trends


Attendance of office in SW London/Surrey way 2-3 times a week is essential.
