Description
  • Lead digital performance measurement across marketing, communications, and digital channels.
  • Work closely with the systems team to deliver insights and improve marketing strategies.
  • Own the data storytelling process, turning complex analytics into compelling, actionable narratives.
  • Develop and manage dashboards and tools for visualising and reporting data insights.
  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies to optimise website performance and user engagement.
  • Use predictive tools to forecast marketing outcomes and inform decisions for the next financial year.
  • Conduct controlled tests to measure the effectiveness of digital channels and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align data insights with business objectives.
  • Stay informed about digital marketing trends, new technologies, and competitors in the healthcare sector.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.


Profile

A successful Marketing and Digital Analyst should have:
  • Proficiency in key digital marketing tools and software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics and social media platforms.
  • Strong skills in risk management, validating assumptions, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to deliver results at a senior management level, influencing key business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
