Work Hours: 8am - 4:30pm Mon-Fri

This role is an exciting opportunity to become a member of the Marketing team. It's a B2B marketing role in which you will assist in helping to drive the business forward and achieving growth targets, whilst nurturing customer loyalty. The position offers the opportunity to gain experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines, combining design and digital marketing with more traditional methods. This position would be perfectly suited for a candidate looking to gain a strong foundation on which to build their marketing career.



As a Marketing assistant you will be responsible for:

• Creation of company branded marketing collateral using Adobe packages
• Updating the company WordPress website using Elementor
• Scheduling posts across relevant social media channels, (predominantly LinkedIn)
• Identifying and implementing new methods and techniques to increase awareness and engagement across social media channels, that are in-keeping with the company brand and values.
• Creating and scheduling email marketing communications
• Ensuring data accuracy across the company CRM system, Hubspot
• Video content creation
• Ensuring all internal and external communications adhere to the Simpsons brand guidelines
• Updating the digital marketing content calendar
• Providing marketing administrative support
• Monitoring industry trends and new launches
• Providing customer marketing support

Education

• Educated to degree level (required)
• Marketing-based degree - (preferred)
• CIM qualification - (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 1 year marketing experience (required)
• Minimum 1 year digital design experience (required)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Wordpress use
