Looking for a Social Media Community Manager to assist with moderating social media channels during a busy campaign period: including responding to comments and implementing escalation processes. Previous experience in social media community management is required.

Description

  • Engage with online audiences in real time, maintaining the brand's voice.
  • Manage community interactions across both paid and organic channels.
  • Monitor user-generated content (UGC) and secure consent for its use in communications.
  • Provide updates on community conversations to the social media team.
  • Ensure communication aligns with brand values and tone.
  • Follow crisis management procedures and escalate issues to the Social Media and Content Manager.
  • Forward customer complaints to relevant teams and collaborate with Supporter Services.
  • Assist in creating FAQs in the brand's tone.
  • Support social media content planning, scheduling, posting, and copywriting as needed.


Profile
  • Knowledge of escalation procedures when needed.
  • Audience-focused with an understanding of engagement trends.
  • Strong community management skills with experience in large online communities.
  • Familiar with social media trends and audience interactions across platforms.
  • Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Experience with social media moderation tools, preferably Sprout Social.
  • Background in social media marketing.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
