This role will be responsible for driving growth across international markets, with a focus on the DACH & EU region. The successful candidate will be expected to lead on the strategy, with regular travel required. The role comes with international strategic responsibility, but does not have any people management responsibility

Description
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the DACH & EU market
  • Hold full P&L responsibility for your accounts and region
  • Manage a portfolio of international grocery accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise sales operations
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify sales opportunities
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide regular sales forecasts to management
  • Manage and resolve any sales-related issues that arise


Profile

A successful 'DACH & EU Sales Controller' should have:
  • Proven experience in sales within the FMCG sector - food or drink preferred
  • Experience managing P&Ls and international accounts
  • Past experience of working with the DACH & EU market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Additional languages not required but would be a bonus
  • Able to travel at least monthly
  • Able to be in West London 3 days a week
