A National Account Manager (eCommerce) who can oversee key accounts (Ocado 85% and Amazon Fresh 15%) strong customer account management, excellence in JBPs and ready to cultivate a successful sales strategy.

My client is a key household brand player in the FMCG industry. Known for their high-quality products and commitment to customer satisfaction, they are an inclusive and friendly company.



Located in north-west Surrey, employees are in 4 days per week (Mon-Thursday), have a half day EVERY Friday (1pm finish) and also have a gym onsite, did I forget to mention, profit share, too?

Description

The successful eCommerce National Account Manager will:
  • Manage and develop key eCommerce accounts, Ocado + Amazon Fresh - you do not need direct experience managing these particular accounts but need to evidence strong achievements within Key Account Management (FMCG/Consumer).
  • Improve Digital Shelf Effectiveness (Profitero / Brandbank)
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, JBPs and Promotional Planning
  • Responsibility for full P&Ls across all brands with these retailers
  • Negotiate and close agreements with Valued Customers.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team to identify and grow opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.


Profile

A successful eCommerce National Account Manager will:
  • A background in FMCG sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Experience managing Key Accounts - Grocers / E-tail / Amazon (AVN experience is highly desirable)
  • Strategic thinker
  • Excellent communication and confident to present
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Loves to make a difference!


Job Offer
