An exciting position in Business Development/Sales Lead Generation/Customer Service has opened up in the Sales department for a passionate and proactive individual ready to make their mark in the Skincare Industry.
The role is based in Guildford and is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has Beauty experience and/or is NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy.

Description
The successful Business Development/Lead Generation/Inside Sales candidate will:
- Identify and build new relationships with potential clients
- Handle Customer Service, Lead Generation and Inside Sales
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Participate in industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
Profile
A successful Business Development/Lead Generation/Inside Sales candidate should have:
- NVQ Level 2 + 3 in Beauty Therapy
- 2 years experience in Business Development/Customer Relations
- Strong understanding of Technical Beauty Industry
- Pleasant and positive via telephone, emails etc
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Results Driven
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
Job Offer
On offer for the successful Business Development/Lead Generation/Inside Sales candidate is:
- £35,000
- Commission based on great targets - Inside Sales + New Business
- A hybrid work model, offering flexibility - typically 3 days per week in Surrey
