An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim Social Media Manager based in Berkshire. This role will provide hybrid working, 2 days in the office; and will invite candidates with experience in delivering campaigns across TikTok and Instagram. This role is within the FMCG sector, but applicants are welcome from other industries to deliver a 9 month contract in a fast-paced and dynamic team.

The successful Interim Social Media Manager will...
- Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Define the most important social media KPIs.
- Manage and oversee social media content and spend.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Profile
A successful Interim Social Media Manager should have:
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok and other social media best practices.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Excellent multitasking skills and a creative mind-set
- The ability to operate at pace in a dynamic environment.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
