- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's brand and business goals.
- Provide support and guidance to the marketing team.
Profile
A successful Local Marketing Manager should have:
- Experience working in a multi-site business, preferably within the retail or QSR.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
