As a Category Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and developing category strategies for high-profile customer accounts. Your contributions will be highly visible, and you’ll be given the autonomy and support to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver category insights and recommendations that drive brand growth and increase category share across focused retailers
• Work closely with sales and brand marketing teams to develop compelling category stories and seasonal initiatives, including support for new product development
• Lead the strategic category management agenda with key high-profile customers, fostering strong collaborative relationships

Present and align channel strategy and recommendations with the UK management team, ensuring clarity and strategic focus This company seeks individuals with a strong blend of commercial acumen, creativity, and people skills. About you:

• You’re a fast learner who actively seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth
• Engaging and confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Naturally curious, with a creative approach to problem-solving and achieving results
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Category Management role
• Driven to exceed expectations and achieve ambitious goals
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage your own workload effectively
