Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic CRM Manager to join the global team, focusing on optimizing CRM strategies across B2C/B2B channels. This involves working with regional teams to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience, enhancing customer engagement, driving revenue growth, and improving overall business performance.

Description
  • Design and implement CRM strategies that align with global business objectives while considering regional differences for both B2C and B2B customer segments
  • Define and monitor global customer journeys to optimise UX across various markets and touchpoints
  • Manage, configure, and optimise the global CRM platform (e.g., Microsoft CRM Dynamics, Klaviyo) to ensure seamless integration with sales, marketing, and support functions
  • Collaborate with regional IT teams to maintain data integrity, system security, and scalability
  • Develop automation work-flows to streamline global processes, including email marketing, lead scoring, and customer segmentation.
  • Analyse CRM data across regions to identify trends, customer behaviours, and opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
  • Generate detailed reports on global customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, providing actionable insights to senior management
  • Use data insights to refine and improve global lead nurturing programs and campaign effectiveness
  • Work closely with regional sales, marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align CRM strategies with global and local business goals
  • Provide training and support to teams across different regions on CRM best practices, data entry, and reporting


Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in managing CRM systems in both B2B and B2C environments, with experience in global or multi-region setups
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms , data analytics tools, and marketing automation software
  • Strong ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with global stakeholders
  • Keen eye for detail, especially in data accuracy, reporting, and campaign tracking
  • Ability to diagnose challenges in global CRM workflows and implement effective solutions
