Junior National Account Manager - Personal Care Brands
Description
The Junior National Account Manager - Personal Care Brands will take on the responsibility of a portfolio of customers stretching across the Pharmacy, Convenience and Wholesale channels with a P&L or circa £1m but with a fantastic opportunity to grow.
The Junior NAM will also support on major national accounts too and be exposed to a strong commercial team, with a good development plan to work towards a NAM role in the future. They will support the National Accounts team in the development and commercial growth of these key accounts whilst having their own customers to manage at the same time.
This person will maintain string relationships with their customers, execute the customer plans and sales strategy and monitor customer activity and commercial output on a regular basis. In addition, they will analyse key data, follow market trends relevant to the customers and channels and identify commercial growth opportunities.
Profile
The Junior National Account Manager - Personal Care Brands will come with the following skills and experiences:
- current experience in account or junior account management ideally in the consumer goods, FMCG or health products sectors
- good education level achieved
- excellent IT/MS/Excel skills
- positive, team player, with an ambitious attitude and approach
- strong communication and presentation skills
- good analytical and detailed approach to customers and tasks
- self-starter
Candidates will need to be prepare to commute to the Surrey office two days per week.
Job Offer
£40,000 - £45,000 base salary (DOE), plus £5k car allowance, 8% annual bonus, plus good standard benefits.
