DescriptionGlobal point of contact for all website-related inquiries, including operational support and optimisation requests
Maintain/optimise all corporate and regional websites for performance, usability, and SEO
Project manage the global re-platform project, consolidating 40+ websites into one unified platform with regional microsites
Manage external development agencies ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines
Work with global and regional marketing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality content across all websites
Partner with IT to maintain website stability, hosting, and security
Oversee platform-specific functionality, including Geo IP localisation and integration's with other digital tools
Use analytic tools to monitor website performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
Identify and implement strategies to improve UX, site functionality, and scalability


ProfileA successful Website Manager should have:

    A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
    Experience in managing corporate websites globally
    Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlinesProven success in leading large-scale re-platforming projects
    Strong project management skills, including working with external development agencies and vendors
    Expertise in website optimization, UX design, and SEO best practices
    Familiarity with multi-lingual and localized website management
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across global tea
