Are you ready for a D2C growth manager role where your role is looking to spearhead strategic initiatives in order to grow the D2C channel?

The role sits within a growing D2C marketing team, which works in close proximity with the e-commerce team, as well as in conjunction with the brand marketing team. This is a very strategic role, where analysis, testing, and having a track record of growing the channel is going to be required. What is crucial here is having amazing communication skills, the ability to manage lots of internal/external stakeholders and enhancing customer loyalty. The role will manage the brand website as well as Amazon, and this is a pure Digital Growth role, where having previous key wins is going to be essential! What makes this role even more fantastic is the team, which is an inclusive, collaborative environment where your own personal growth will always be in the minds of those you are reporting to – this is a business where you will develop and grow more than you can imagine!
The right candidate will:
- Have FMCG experience.
- Have experience across both retention and acquisition-focused roles.
- Have worked in a growth role previously and have some key wins.
- Be able to define the short- and long-term digital growth strategy.
- Implement retention plans to enhance repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
- Optimise customer experience.
- Be into the detail with data/Google analytics, AB Testing, and measuring successes.
- Ideally have experience across Amazon as well as brand websites.
- Have a sound understanding of SEO.
- Be a problem solver, a creative thinker, and an excellent communicator.
- Have a second to non-track record of stakeholder management and cross-functional working.
