A global leader in branded and private label food seeks a Grocery Commercial Manager to execute the JBP and growth sales of a top 4 grocery customer. Managing a sizeable P&L with a strategic partnership.

Description
  • Developing and implementing customer & channel plans for the grocery channel.
  • Negotiating and executing JBP's inline with annual requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key grocery stakeholders.
  • Regularly reviewing performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional initiatives.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Providing sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Participating in industry events and conferences to increase brand visibility.


Profile

A successful Grocery Commercial Manager should have:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Key influencing skills from Buyer to internal stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
  • Ability to deliver sales forecasting and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.


Flexible hours, must be able to access Surrey daily!

Job Offer
