Client Details
Our client is looking for an energetic and strategic Sales Manager to drive growth and expand the market footprint of our hygiene product line. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and crafting innovative strategies to boost sales and brand presence. This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to the company's success in the competitive hygiene industry.
Description
Market Expansion and Strategy:
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the hygiene sector.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and revenue.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored hygiene solutions.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with product development and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and quality align with client expectations.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare detailed business development reports, including forecasts, KPIs, and market analysis.
- Track and report on business development activities and results.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the hygiene, FMCG, or related industries.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
- Experience working with Blue Chip businesses
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a dynamic market.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
