Description
- Draft policy briefings for staff and trustees, ensuring clarity and relevance.
- Analyze data from sources like Local Insights and 360 Giving to support decision-making.
- Assist the parliamentary and strategic policy teams with daily tasks to achieve policy goals.
- Monitor updates from Big Local areas, summarizing quarterly reports and tracking impact.
- Support publication preparation, including proofreading and coordinating design and print.
- Assist with social media efforts, creating graphics and using analytics tools (e.g., Sprout).
- Provide administrative support for photography in Big Local areas, including managing contracts with photographers.
- Help the communications and PR teams with tasks to secure media coverage and promote legacy via digital channels.
- Maintain and update team systems (Monday.com, Salesforce, Webdam) to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize meetings and events, handling logistics such as venue booking, catering, invitations, and materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodation, transport, and conference accreditation.
- Assist with contract issuance and budget management, tracking invoices and reconciling expenses.
- Respond to general inquiries about policy and communications activities.
Profile
- Proven experience in organizing meetings and events.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Commitment to EDI and experience working with diverse communities.
Job Offer
