I am working with a fantastic scale-up FMCG business who have gone from strength to strength since opening their doors, with no signs of slowing down and is now in a phase of professionalizing and building on the huge success they’ve had over a relatively short space of time. They’re North West based, and they’re a brand which buyers and consumers love, and are a fully sustainable brand with fantastic credentials which also doesn’t damper your pockets.

Due to continued investment and growth, they’re now in a position to appoint a Performance Marketing Manager who will report to the Marketing Director, working on setting strategy, leading on agency management, utilizing a budget to demonstrate strong ROI, and also being inept at AB Testing as this role is very much what you make it – try new things! This is really a role that someone can make their own as the team looks to entre their next phase of growth. And on the team… they’re amazing! The caliber of individual in this business is awesome. The Role: Performance Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for:

• Full ownership of the budget
• Set and implement strategies and executing to deliver ROI.
• Managing Amazon, retail dotcom, all paid media, D2C, and the US.
• A/B testing to dictate future strategy.  

The candidate will be:

• Experienced in a performance marketing role.
• Have clear examples of implementing a strategy, executing, and delivering tangible results.
• A self starter who is driven and hungry to grow.
• Passionate about sustainability, doing right for consumer and planet.
• Motivated to deliver and present future opportunities for gorwth around secondary channels like D2C
