Sales Manager - BWS (On Trade)
Description
The Sales Manager - BWS (On Trade) will be responsible for driving the sell into Asian Distributors and Asian Bars and Restaurants in the On Trade Channel. Working closely with the UK Managing Director, you will take full control over the commercial strategy for the channel, as well as support with Off Trade growth.
This person will have full P&L and customer planning responsibility, and will help shape and structure the brand strategy as they grow here in the UK. This person will be fully mobile across the UK, networking, attending events and being the lead ambassador for the brands as they increase awareness.
Profile
The Sales Manager - BWS (On Trade) will come with the following skills and experiences:
- current or previous experience of selling products into Asian Distributors, Bars and Restaurants
- on trade experience
- track record of growing a brand in the alcoholic drinks sector
- a new business hunter / self-starter
- financially astute, experience of running a P&L as well as strong on profit margins when winning business
- track record of developing long term, sustainable commercial relationships with the relevant customers and accounts
- excellent MS/IT skills including Excel
- fully mobile across the UK with a passion for seeing customers
We are flexible on location for the right candidate therefore most locations across England will be considered.
Job Offer
Up to £80,000 salary, depending on experience, car allowance £5k per annum, bonus, benefits
