Signature Career Management is partnered with an SME that is passionate about its products and everything they do, now in a position to appoint a National Account Manager to manage Retail and E-commerce accounts. This brand is all about quality and flavour with high ambitions. This vegan brand has been on a high-growth train with no brakes! They’re a values-led SME who believe in doing things right, their products are handmade with care, using only 100% natural ingredients full of nutritious goodness. One of the reasons they are on a steep trajectory! Sounds great right?
This challenger brand is based in Central London and offers a true authentic and supportive culture. A high-energy team-orientated culture, seeing everyone pull together to achieve greatness. This role comes with genuine autonomy and a real chance to make a difference and whilst I’m sure you’ve read this sort of statement before… the leadership team here are really like no other and will not only inspire and empower you but provide a place to learn and grow to balance the right amount of challenge vs support.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this National Account Manager opportunity will see you manage and support everything non-Grocery with a view to taking on Grocery as you settle in. As with any challenger brand, business development is key for these guys, they need an individual who’s a self-starter, passionate about health and ready to get their hands dirty!
Main responsibilities include;
- Develop existing relationships across Retail and Ecommerce customers.
- Securing new business and further distribution with everything non-Grocery.
- Develop JBPs and manage the P&L seeking out opportunities for growth.
- Execute NPD and promotional plans ensuring forecast accuracy.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders on developing and executing NPD!
You will be/have;
- Working knowledge and desire to continue to develop within FMCG sales.
- Analytical, highly numerate – a natural problem solver.
- An individual who raises the bar and looks for extraordinary.
- Be able to think on your feet, agile, juggle multiple projects.
- Drive and tenacity to make things happen.
- Willingness to go the extra mile for your team, customers and brand.
- A competitive nature and desire to win in a collaborative manner.
