An excellent Field Sales Teamwear Agent position has opened up to represent, Joma Sport within the Teamwear side of the business in Consumer Sports Apparel.

The focus is to drive sales and manage key accounts. Candidates will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies for business growth, including selling to Rugby Clubs, Universities, Football etc.

Description

The Successful Field Sales Teamwear Agent will:
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts within your defined regions
  • Glasgow / Edinburgh based (IDEALLY)
  • Prepare and research weekly / monthly / quarterly plans and sales forecasts
  • Establish productive and professional relastionships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Use the CRM / B2B system to track and record opportunities / prospects / listings
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase sales.
  • Deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with customers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences.


Profile

A Successful Field Sales Teamwear Agent will:
  • Demonstrate an interest and/or PASSION about Sports/Teamwear/being ACTIVE! (i.e. cricket/rugby/football)
  • "Team Player" who thrives in a hunter/farmer sales environment
  • Someone who has a consultative approach and can sell into the Teamwear relevant market
  • Links to or can influence and work with the likes of Universities / Teams / Clubs
  • Have a Full UK Driving License


Job Offer

A Successful Field Sales Teamwear Agent:
  • A competitive salary from £35,000k +Package
  • 3-4 days on the road within your defined patch
  • Defined territory for you to go at! Ideally you'll be located in Glasgow or Edinburgh
  • Very supportive and proactive Area Sales Manager!
