Bespoke Beverages Business
Hybrid Contract – 1/2 days Kent
£43k + Car Allowance + Performance Bonus

- They’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive their commercial strategy and make a real impact with this exciting new brand.
Role:
- Lead the launch and growth of an exciting new brand, driving its commercial strategy and long-term success.
- Develop marketing strategies, analyse market trends, and build strong client relationships to maximize sales.
- Project manage the brand's journey from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, fostering lasting partnerships with prospective hotels, cafes, restaurants to independent.
- Join a thriving, innovative company and make your mark during an exciting phase of growth.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years’ experience in a sales or commercial role, ideally within branded food or the hotel market.
- Strong understanding of branded products, route to market, and proven success driving growth and new opportunities.
- Experienced in managing accounts with exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Motivational leader with a passion for brand ownership, client relationships, and achieving key targets.
- You must be eligible to work in the UK and have a full clean driving license
