In return for joining us as a Projects Coordinator, we can offer you a competitive salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience + benefits.
Location: Field Sales Solutions - Head Office Thame, Oxfordshire
The Project Coordinator will support the Business Intelligence (BI) team in planning, executing, and delivering key data-driven projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Project Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for project updates and help facilitate smooth communication between team members and stakeholders.
What will you be doing as our Projects Coordinator?

Assist in the development of project plans and timelines for BI and database development projects.
Coordinate task assignments and set realistic deadlines in consultation with team leads and stakeholders.
Monitor progress, track project milestones, and report on any deviations from the plan.
Serve as a liaison between the BI team and other departments such as Ops, Insights, and Business Units.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, timelines, and any potential roadblocks.
Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure actionable items are addressed.
Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including scopes, requirements, timelines, and progress reports.
Prepare and distribute regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key accomplishments and upcoming tasks.
Document and track issues, risks, and action items, escalating critical items to the Technical Projects Manager and BI Manager as needed.
Track and manage task dependencies, ensuring they align with project timelines and objectives.
Assist with prioritizing project tasks based on urgency, complexity, and business impact.
Liaise with the QA team and developers to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and achieve sign off.
What are we looking for in our Projects Coordinator?

2+ years of experience in a project coordination or project management role, preferably within a technical or data-related field.
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and database technologies (SQL, data warehousing, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Click-up, JIRA or similar
