In the role of Territory Manager, the successful applicant will play a key role in contributing to our FMCG sales team's success, primarily focused on managing and expanding our customer base within the Liverpool area.

Description
- Drive sales within the assigned territory by maintaining and expanding the customer base.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimise the sales effort.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competition, and customer preferences to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the customer's needs.
- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and efficiently.
Profile
A successful Territory Manager should have:
- Proven field sales experiance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
