Ready for a step up into a more senior role in the New Year?

I'm currently looking for an excellent commercial manager for a large meat processing business.

This could be the step up to the commercial manager role you have been looking for.

It will come with more P+L responsibility, bigger negotiations, and operating with multiple director-level stakeholders in the retailer.

There is room for progression, so this could not only be your next role but the next one too after a promotion.

Now, there will be some negatives. There is no point sugar-coating it. There are lots of stakeholders to engage and influence. You will need to be resilient in building internal relationships and instigating change. This won't be easy. But you have the skills to deal with that, right?

The business wants to do more from each of its manufacturing sites and wants someone to join them to challenge the way they are doing things. The role will drive commercial results through insight and doing what is best for the customer and consumer.

There will be travel to customers and manufacturing sites with an element of home working. Given the level of influence required, this won't be a remote role.
