We're seeking a skilled FMCG Brand Manager to join our clients household category team. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing effective brand-building strategies across multiple products with a focus on full rebrand, new formula, new variants, new sizes and will be expected to work on more innovation for 2026.

Description
  • Developing and executing brand strategies and marketing plans.
  • Tracking brand performance and recommending necessary adjustments.
  • Leading new product launches and managing the existing product portfolio.
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external partners to achieve brand objectives.
  • Managing the brand budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Conducting market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all channels and marketing efforts.
  • Analysing consumer behaviour and adjusting brand campaigns accordingly.


Profile

A successful Brand Manager should have:
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management within FMCG/ Household
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • High competency in project and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to interpret customer insights and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and online applications.
