Estrella Galicia is one of Spain's most iconic beer brands, renowned for our passion for quality, tradition, and innovation. As we continue to expand in the UK & Ireland, we're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and help us grow the brand across London.
Your Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Estrella Galicia UK in London. Reporting to the Field Sales Manager (based in London), you'll execute commercial initiatives, build strong relationships with distributors and key accounts, and deliver on ambitious sales targets. If you have a pulse on the city centre “scene” and love building long-term customer relationships, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve volume and distribution targets set by the Field Sales Manager UK. Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers to boost brand awareness and increase sales. Partner with third-party wholesalers to increase brand pull-through and collaborate with their sales teams on training and materials. Drive brand initiatives and activations, including in-store tastings, bar events, and promotional activities. Provide valuable market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors and seize new business opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts within your region.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in the drinks or hospitality sector with a strong understanding of the city centre “scene” and working with third party wholesalers. An existing network in the industry, you will have contacts and be ready to hit the ground running. You will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and passion for the brand We value optimism, energy, and the ability to tackle tasks with enthusiasm. You'll fit right in if you have a customer-first attitude, love teamwork, and are driven to grow! Fluent in English (Spanish is a bonus!).
