Each brand in its portfolio is committed to redefining what it means to enjoy nutritious food!  From innovative product launches to complete re-branding plans, this business is experiencing some really exciting changes.

In this Marketing Executive role, you will work very closely with the Senior Brand Manager to support brand campaign execution, including but not limited to; PR, sampling, partnerships, innovation launches, internal & external events, and retailer activation. You will also build a strong & engaged digital following across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook that converts to brand sales via owned and retailer channels for the business.

Role responsibilities

• Supporting the Senior Brand Manager in their responsibilities
• Create strong, impactful, trend-led and culturally relevant content (organic & paid) to grow awareness and drive targeted engagement with existing and new consumers
• Budget management including monthly performance spend tracking & PO administration
• Measure the impact of content via reach, engagement and the impact this has on the business.

Skill requirements:

• 1-2+ years B2C marketing experience. (FMCG preferred)
• Degree educated
• Proven delivery of successful social media & influencer management
• Experience in building digital growth plan models and running brand planning cycles
• Strong understanding of all major social media channels, KPI setting & reporting including how this directly impacts sales and ROI
• 3-4 days in a Peterborough office
