Are you looking for that next step up the Category career ladder?
A market leading FMCG food manufacturing business looking to appoint a passionate Junior Category Manager with solid analytical skills to join their team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within FMCG sector in a data or category function.
Supporting category plans to ensure the client remains ahead of the game as preferred supplier.
Contribute to improve performance through working collaboratively with the sales team. Providing key insights into market activity, your insightful recommendations will influence shopper behaviour and increase business growth.
It is essential you can building & maintain strong relationships at all levels, offering clear confident communications both written & oral as you will attend regular retailer meetings.
Monitoring & analysis promotional activity & range reviews.
Holding advanced skills in the use of Excel & PowerPoint, be competent using large data sets, building reports, performing market audits & experienced in interpreting & extracting market data from various sources (e.g. IRI, Nielsen, Kantar)
