We’re expanding our OnDemand (Tactical) team at Powerforce and are on the lookout for a driven individual passionate about client relations, project management, and business success. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love taking ownership of projects, we want to hear from you!
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Be the primary point of contact for our clients, anticipating needs and offering strategic solutions
- Lead project management, handling campaigns from start to finish
- Recruit and manage field teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Analyse project performance and present insights to clients
- Ensure projects stay within budget and streamline invoicing
🎯 What You’ll Need:
- Previous Tactical or Field Marketing experience
- Experience managing multiple projects, ideally in a client-facing role
- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with MS Office tools
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong organisational skills
- A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for travel as needed
