Description
- Manage a team of account managers.
- Improve contract retention and renewal
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Provide training and mentorship to Account Managers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Promote a positive and professional sales culture within the team.
