Customer Development Manager – Building OOH Distribution
Location: London

Driscoll’s, the world leader in premium berries, is expanding its presence in the UK, and we’re seeking a Customer Development Manager to lead the development of our Out-of-Home (OOH) distribution strategy. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of growing the Driscoll’s brand beyond traditional retail, building strategic partnerships, and prospecting new business opportunities.

In this highly autonomous role, you’ll spearhead efforts to expand Driscoll’s presence through innovative distribution channels, identifying and securing new customers while working closely with wholesale partners. With the agility of a start-up and the support of a global market leader, you’ll have the freedom to shape our UK market strategy and make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with wholesale partners and prospect new end customers.
  • Develop and implement joint business plans to expand Driscoll’s OOH distribution.
  • Lead trade marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute the London distribution strategy.

  • Proven experience managing third-party distributor relationships and driving business growth.
  • Strong sales capabilities with a knack for prospecting and securing new business.
  • A collaborative mindset, analytical skills, and a passion for brand building.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker, comfortable working autonomously.
