Salary: £26,000 per annum + up to 20% bonus + Company car + Frequent incentives
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Territory: South East (territory will be established dependent on successful candidates location)
You will be working for Powerforce to fulfil the role of Key Account Executive on our Molson Coors team to establish productive relationships at Multi Site retailer / Management level. You will also work with selected Co-Op stores to also establish those same relationships and new growth opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Development of a contact list building up MSR contacts
- Manage and develop targeted Co-op stores around growth and distribution along with floor level local activity
- Working closely with internal client contacts to develop opportunities
- Build great relationships in every call and with every contact providing first class customer service
- Propose and implement incentives that generate ROI
- Proposal and implementation of agreements to gain new distribution, improved availability and visibility and chilled share of space
- Maximise ROI in every outlet and through every contact
- Drive distribution and resolve out of stocks using Sales Out and EPOS to engage contacts
- Gain new distribution points through commercial presentations
- Maximise share of space within the category
- Secure and agree off shelf feature to be activated by ground level BDEs or store operators / teams
- Improve implementation of all national promotions
- Present in and implement any specific activities that are presented on regular briefing documents
- Share best practice and success and learnings with the National and Regional Sales Managers and the Molson Coors sales teams
Requirements:
- Held a full manual driving licence for at least 12 months
- This is a highly commercial and numeric role and therefore you must be able to display that skillset
- Only those who have Account management or Regional / National Accounts on their PDP’s will be considered
- This person will work extremely closely with Molson Coors direct sales teams and therefore a BRILLIANT ambassador for the business is a MUST
