Description
- Responsibility for the Group corporate marketing and recruitment activity with a focus on enhancing the reputation of the group and the development of the member brands.
- Define and oversee the student recruitment conversion plans across Further Education and Higher Education.
- Oversee the development of collaborative partnerships with overseas institutions and recruitment agencies.
- Lead the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy.
- Spearhead the promotion of the organisation's brand to maximise visibility.
- Direct the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and success.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into marketing strategy.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners.
- Drive the organisation's digital transformation and online presence.
Profile
