We are a successful soft drinks business on a strong growth path.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, we’re now on the look-out for a brilliant, passionate, and driven drinks Business Development Manager who has the capabilities and wants to open new accounts. From there you will take ownership of these customers to continue the high growth but also have the backing & help of a strong management team. We’ve barely scratched the surface, so it’s all up for grabs and we’re keen to keep growing!

Key responsibilities:

  • Pursue new business development opportunities
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in independent retail and some key accounts sector, through cold calling, face to face meetings etc
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities
  • Maximise profits, up selling and utilising others within the business to grow accounts
  • Provide exception customer service to clients

You will be:

  • Currently you will be a Business Development Manager wanting to take on more responsibility and be excited by the challenge of winning business
  • Ability to demonstrate sourcing and winning new business
  • Must have experience of the drinks sector and be FMCG trained
  • A can-do attitude with the capability fit the mould of a company in growth
