Description
The successful Sales Agent will:
- Demonstrate industry (Footwear / Sport) related knowledge
- Have a track record of selling into Footwear / Performance / Athleisure
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets
- Understand and address market trends
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop lead generation plans
Profile
The successful Sales Agent will:
- Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage key customer relationships and close strategic opportunities
Job Offer
