EU Marketing Manager

Your role will be to develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans that drive brand awareness and penetration, whilst developing the brand credibility in new markets. Mirroring the wider business, this role is highly entrepreneurial, and you will relish the opportunity to not only build but also deliver strategic marketing campaigns.

So, as EU Marketing Manager, what will you be responsible for?

• Developing, executing and evaluating all marketing activity across the European markets
• Own the EU Marketing strategy to deliver against company growth targets using data and insights to drive decision-making
• Champion collaborative working across all markets, sharing results and best practices globally.
• Work closely with distribution partners in each territory – create and maintain excellent relationships through regular communication and meeting in person where needed
• Agency management to ensure activities are delivered on time and within budget
• Line management of one direct report  

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• 5 + years of experience in full-mix Brand Management (traditional and digital)
• Enthusiastic, driven, and brings passion and creativity to the role
• Experience working with distribution partners on a European or Global scale
• People management experience
• A collaborative team player who is highly organised and self-motivated
• Strong communication and commercial skills
