Global Shopper Marketing Manager

You will take full ownership of the Shopper strategy and plans for the UK and International markets – while the business has always embraced Shopper, this is your opportunity to take an innovative approach across all channels and elevate brand awareness on a global scale. You will play a key role in ensuring the business meets its ambitious growth plans in the next 3-5 years. Are you up to the challenge?

So, as Global Shopper Marketing Manager, what will you be responsible for?

• Owning and leading the Shopper Marketing playbook for the brand, managing regional adaptions where needed
• Support commercial colleagues with marketing collateral for presentations, competitor and category insights, and support with presentations
• Manage global agency partners
• Work closely with distribution partners in each territory – create and maintain excellent relationships through regular communication and meeting in person where needed
• Devise and execute robust Shopper marketing plans for traditional retail and pure-play channels  

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• 5 + years of experience in Trade or Shopper Marketing Management (traditional and digital)
• Strategic in approach, while willing to roll up sleeves and execute
• FMCG or Consumer Goods experience
• A collaborative team player who is highly organised and self-motivated
• Strong communication and commercial skills
