Field Sales Executive (Urban Activator) - Territories: Liverpool / Manchester
 
Salary £27k + on target opportunity to earn 20% bonus + car allowance + other benefits including a monthly allowance of fabulous campaign associated food & drink brands , along with regular opportunities to win exciting incentives.
 
Foster works with some of the biggest names in food & drink, from The Hershey Company to Reese’s to ProperCorn to Eat Real to Bar1Brands.
 
This is an awesome opportunity to join our incredible field sales team. An exciting role for someone who enjoys growing the distribution and footprint of a brand and doesn't mind opening new doors with prospective customers.

 The fun stuff

• As an Urban Activator, you will be the face of brands in your region, building relationships with business owners and introducing the brand to new consumers.

 The detail stuff
 
• You will educate business owners as to why they should include our products within their category, presenting the category and brand story and highlighting the commercial benefits of stocking the product range.
• You will be an active member of a highly energetic and passionate team, taking part in daily comms and team meetings, and sharing best practices and learnings with team members for collective success.
• You will take responsibility for the London region and will be tasked with growing distribution and presence from coffee shops, and workplaces to cinemas, to anywhere someone can enjoy a food & drink experience.

The necessary stuff

• 5 days field-based: 40 hours per week.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to influence people.
• A driving licence.
