Job Description: Account Manager
Negotiable salary of £40,000 - £45,000 plus £5,000 bonus, hybrid company car, additional benefits and European business travel.
This is a new role, created to drive sales growth and learn from the European Sales Manager.
You will be home based in a hybrid role that will task you with national travel, visiting a network of established and prospect customers.
The Key Responsibilities Are:
- Adopt a pro-active approach to customer appointments – regular meetings, building strong networks and great relationships
- Understand the business needs of each customer and make product recommendations that deliver sales growth
- Achieve sales and profit targets that meet company and customer expectations
- Work with all internal departments to on-board new customers
- Actively promote the brand at relevant trade shows and events

Candidate Profile: UK Account Manager
To maximise the success of this role we seek a talented sales professional with
experience of industrial / engineering sales to distributors and/or end-users.
- A track record of field sales success in an industrial or engineering environment
- High attention to detail with strong, clear communication skills
- Robust negotiation and influencing skills
- A talent for planning and organisation
- High energy and a natural people person
Salary/Benefits Information:
- A negotiable basic salary between £40,000 - £45,000 plus performance based bonus, hybrid company car, 25 days holiday, pension plan and healthcare options.
