- Leads the Global Market in the Cookware Industry with over 8 billion in Sales in 2023

The role:
- As an National Account Manager you will work with two key distributors to drive sales and profits.
- The successful National Account Manager will maintain relationships with accounts, working to expand sales channels.
- Ideal for someone progressing from a buying role to an National Account manager role, support to be provided by the National Account Controller.
- As an National Account Manager you will develop new ideas and strategies to ensure stock sell-out and develop the business.
- The National Account Manager will undertake stock forecasting to ensure products sell out and identify new opportunities in the market.
Ideal candidate:
- You will ideally be working either in the FMCG sector within sales or category or alternatively you could work within UK retail sector within a buying or merchandising role. It is essential to be commercially minded.
- As a National Account Manager, you will be an excellent communicator and be able to build relationships with the stakeholders.
- You will have an outgoing personality and be a team player.
- You will have had commercial experience and be a confident negotiator.
- A successful National Account Manager will be a self-starter and be driven to meet personal and commercial targets.
- You will be numerate and confident in data handling and analysis.
Benefits & Details.
- Salary up to 40K + 5K car allowance included in salary.
- 40% bonus (50% of this for hitting personal targets)
- Based in Windsor, Hybrid working – 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home.
