Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Sector: Commercial Catering Equipment

Salary: c£42,000 + OTE £10,000+

Reference: CMT/86978

Exciting opportunities to join a market leading manufacturer of commercial catering equipment.

My client is looking to add additional Regional Sales Managers for three regions:

  • Central and North West London
  • Oxfordshire and Berkshire
  • Yorkshire

As one of the leading and best-known brands in the sector, this is a fantastic opportunity to forge a long-term career with a global market leader and brand that is synonymous with quality and innovation.

Customers are diverse and include pubs, restaurants, hotels, school and colleges, stadiums and holiday and leisure sites.

My client will be looking to recruit driven and entrepreneurial people with an aptitude for sales growth. These roles will involve selling to end-user customers throughout the hospitality and foodservice sector and in partnership with an established network of catering equipment dealers and distributors.

The Regional Sales Manager will build strong relationships with their dealer distributer partners and their sales teams. In addition to this they will sell to decision makers that include Head Chef’s, buyers, Owner Managers, Consultants and Kitchen Designers.

The role will involve equipment demonstrations and training. Applicants will need to be self-confident and a competent cook.

You will be commercially minded with the ability to identify sales opportunities and confidently communicate the features and benefits of the equipment. Building strong lasting relationships with the end-users and catering equipment dealers and distributors is imperative.

To apply you will have sales experience and ideally a chef background, although a passion and knowledge of food and cooking will also be considered.

On offer for the right candidate is a highly competitive package that includes a good basic salary, an achievable bonus scheme, company car, laptop, mobile, pension, healthcare and more.
