The role I am recruiting seeks a strategic, yet hands on, and forward-thinking E-Commerce Director to drive growth and shape the future of our online presence within the FMCG industry. The position will oversee all e-commerce operations, aligning with marketing strategies, and delivering world-class online customer experiences.

If you've got an interest and capability of managing several thousand SKUs/Products within FMCG, experience in UX, full eCommerce P&L, and enjoy building a comprehensive strategy to mesh together Customer Experience, Data Analytics, and efficiency and optimisiation of online website then this could be an exciting role for you!

- Lead and direct the e-commerce strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Oversee the entire online customer journey, ensuring a world-class experience.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and other department to enhance brand presence online.
- Monitor and analyse e-commerce performance metrics to optimise operations.
- Keep abreast of latest e-commerce trends and technologies for competitive edge.
- Manage a team of 4-5 Senior Colleagues
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners.
- Ensure compliance with all e-commerce regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement within the e-commerce platform.
- Product ranging; content and design (work closely with design team); pricing; customer service

Profile
A successful E-Commerce Director should have:
- Proven success in leading e-commerce initiatives within the FMCG industry.
- Experience managing a team of Head Of / Senior colleagues
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret e-commerce data.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
- Experience in managing relationships with external partners and agencies.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (not essential)
